Bringing food back to the root.

FOOD OF THE GODS.

Old food, brought back carefully.

Bee bread, honey, cacao, roots, and mushrooms.

Our Story

FROM THE ROOT.

The Birth.

01

I kept searching.

I’m Mark, the founder of Ambrosia. I went through quite a few ways of eating: clean phases, strict diets, modern health trends, and every version of “better” food I could find. Some helped for a minute, but most of it felt too processed, too new, or too far away from real life.

02

The old food felt different.

I felt my best when I stopped chasing modern labels and started eating closer to what my own ancestors would have recognized: honey, roots, cacao, mushrooms, pollen, fruit, and food made correctly from the source. Nothing fake. Nothing dressed up to pretend it was food.

03

My body noticed first.

My workouts got better. My energy felt steadier. I felt clearer on a daily basis, more grounded, more productive, and more alive. It was not about being perfect. It was about returning to ingredients that made sense to my body.

04

So I made Ambrosia.

I made Ambrosia to share that feeling with the world: food pulled back toward the root, built from old pantry ingredients, and made with the kind of care modern food forgot. This is my way of bringing ancient strength into everyday life.

Ingredient notes

YOU WERE BUILT FOR THIS.

Old food logic, short ingredient lists.

01

Fermented by the hive.

Bee pollen rests with nectar and enzymes until it becomes bee bread: tangy, floral, and naturally preserved.

02

Made from old pantry foods.

Honey, cacao, ube, mushrooms, dates, and pollen are ingredients you can picture without reading a label twice.

03

Sweet without feeling fake.

The sweetness comes from honey, roots, fruit, and cacao instead of syrups trying to cover up filler.

04

Short ingredient logic.

If it does not taste like food or feel like something a person would have eaten before us, it does not belong here.
